Pursuant to section 79.IG)(I ) of its rules, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requires Video Programmers to certify compliance with its closed captioning standards. This is to certify that programming distributed by The Word Network is in compliance with applicable FCC requirements concerning the quality of closed captioning, as indicated below:
The video programming satisfies the caption quality standards of FCC Rule 79.l(i)(2), 47 C.F.R. § 79.l (i)(2)
In the ordinary course of business, The Word Network has adopted and follows the Video Programmer Best Practices set forth in FCC Rule 79.l(k), 47 C.F.R. § 79.l (k)
